How to Apply

1 - Visit our Qualification tab to verify that you qualify as an applicant.

2 - View Rentals to find a home that you like and that is within the rental budget for which you are qualified.

3 - Contact Rent Smart Buy Later at 314-200-5945 to provide requested information over the phone.  If you qualify, a Leasing Agent will call you to make an appointment to view the property that you are interested in.

4 - Once you have found a property that fits your needs, visit the Apply Now tab and complete an application online.  The APPLICATION FEE will be returned if your application is accepted!  Our office will review the application and contact you within 24-48 hours of receipt.

5 - An Agent will contact you perform a Home Visit at your current residence to sign final paperwork and collect deposit.

6 - MOVE IN and enjoy your new home!
